My front door keypad lock stopped working consistently, and they were super responsive and helpful when I called! They were super responsive, immediately understood + fixed the problem, and the price was reasonable. I’ll definitely use them again if I have any issues.

Just moved into my new place and stopped by J&L Pacific Locksmith to rekey all my locks to match my new Wi-Fi front door lock. Jeremiah was awesome—super friendly and explained the different lock brands and how to make everything work together. He rekeyed five locks to match my Smart Lock, and everything works great. If you need any locksmith work done, definitely hit up J&L Pacific.

Tim and his wife are two of the kindest business owners in Salem with out a doubt. Advice never comes with a price. Down to earth people. Very humble. In their outgoing telephone message, they explain how they operate. Their main focus is on the people in their shop needing key work. They don’t answer the phone and encourage you to come into the shop if you need things done. It is an old fashoned way to do business and I admire them for it. You can’t get things done in this small business with very limited help if you are on the phone all day. If you leave a message, you might not get a call back but if you go into their shop, you will get first come first served total devotion to your issue for a very reasonable price, lowest in town for sure! Please tip them! They are rare in this day and age of self centered entitled rude customers! Take Tim’s answering machine advice. Stop in the shop. If they aren’t there, know they are buried up to their necks helping people! The people that can’t afford the prices at lock smiths that hire someone to answer the phone all day. When you leave the shop, I guarantee you will be very happy with the money you save showing your patience and forgiveness to two very kind people!!!!!

This was the worst service I have ever received anywhere. The agents I spoke with repeatedly told me to await a call from the smith for urgent service. He never called. Their only continued advice was to wait on this mysterious call. When it never came after 40 minutes, I called them back and demanded to know more. They asked me to wait an hour and provided NO NEW INFORMATION. I am convinced this service is false in some way and that they are not actually doing anything at all but faking phone calls to keep a business license. Truly just incorrigible service.

Never going anywhere else! David got me the keys I needed quickly without the numerous return trips and redo’s the other locksmiths take. No price gouging going on, either. They charged me $5 for a key that J&L quoted me $50 for. Highly recommend!

Locked keys in car with it running. Called AAA. They sent Fox out to help. Technician they sent (Brady, i believe) was very professional, nice and super fast. Unlocked my car in less than 30 seconds.

Bought 9 keys from the kiosk that offered a 50% discount but this didn’t show at checkout. I called the customer assistance number and they only gave me a 25% discount. Keys work but expensive, probably could have gotten cheaper somewhere else

Brandon was super quick and efficient! Our daughter locked us out of our bedroom door and he was able to come and help us within no time. He was super friendly and respectful. Paid over 18.00 for two keys. Got home and they don’t work!! Now what do I do?? 🤬🤬🤬totally ridiculous!! The price! Not working!! Only went here cuz I was in a hurry!! I so want my money back!! How do I do this? Where do I send these useless keys?
