Had a great experience this evening! Called for an emergency locksmith at 9:30 pm and Matthew arrived within 10 minutes and was able to get into my Mom’s house! He also helped my Husband get her on her feet! I highly recommend this company!

My key did not work. I had a key made for my son’s grandmother so she could pick him up from school while I was at work. I had to leave work and clock out come home and let them in then go back to work and clock in. I was not happy to say the least. And I paid more for my key than I would have had I gone to our neighborhood hardware store.

Got home and the key worked. Left came back and it didn’t work. Now I’m not saying it’s the key but ik the locks weren’t changed so I’m kinda saying it’s the key

Fortunately, there were 3 or 4 different kiosks in my area. I’ve bought keys a few years ago and prices have almost tripled. I stopped at a Kroger kiosk and it was $7.99 for a padlock key! I went a few miles to the Walmart kiosk and they were $5.99. Convenient but really expensive. And the keys are pretty rough and will require a good wire brush to get the burrs off to work in the lock.
