I thought I needed a new key fob and the programming for the remote start for my car. Took my original fob to Brandy’s, they repaired the fob and changed the battery and it worked. I didn’t have to buy a new fob. They gave me a great price. Very nice employees, and they are very experienced. I highly recommended

I was wanting to be able to get a new key for my car without having to go to the dealer. I tried places like the Minute Key inside of Home Depot and Walmart. The machine could not duplicate the key and the customer service I got was horrible.

Looking for another answer I found this place. The building on the outside may not be that impressive but the customer service and the expertise on the inside is fantastic. They took care of getting me new car keys. I also had been trying multiple times at different places to get an old key duplicated. No problem here.

For any future lock needs, I will be coming here. They have things I had not even considered like safes, key accessories, old style locks to the newest possible. Even tools and other supplies for installing locks. You were friendly and very open about the service that they can provide. Prices were upfront and very reasonable.

I don’t think you’ll find a better place in town.

Joe came out in the remnants of this winter storm we are having in Louisiana and saved me from being stranded. Great price and great service and fast! My key broke in half for my 2012 Ford Focus. The replacement key cost me about $185. I gave him a $37 tip just for helping me at such a short notice as well as again to reiterate during the cold as well as it starts to get dark at around 5:00 pm these days. He said I was the last one for the day and truly I really appreciate it. I’m going to be using this service again to order me a spare key in the future. Amazing what technology has come to be. Ford dealership said to me when I got the car years ago that if I wanted a spare it was cost me $300 and that they were the only ones that can do it. That is clearly not the case. If anyone needs to be hooked up, come to Royal Locksmith!
