The person on the phone misquoted us about $100 less than the actual charge and we wasted gas to find out he was wrong. Please train your people better. We decided to just go to Lexus for a key fob. I. Spinello already were incompetent on their quotes on prices.

Great service there. Steve helped us out and he got two out of three of our key fobs working for our Toyota. He even threw in a free battery. Would recommend them.

The KeyMe equipment was convenient, instructions were perfect and to receive three keys only took 5 – 10 minutes. The only issue was that one of the keys wasn’t the one I requested but I may have touched the screen incorrectly.

They rekeyed our home after a move and were great. The pricing wasn’t as straightforward as the person on the phone just asked about doors while the tech that came out counted the locks on the door as separate. It ended up costing a bit more but not too bad.

Went to Menards in Machesney Park IL. Paid for two keys. Was thrilled by the convenience. Assumed machine would spit the keys out instead was advised we could expect them in 3-5 days. We were fine with that. 8 days later we still have no keys. Tracking says it has been out for delivery for 6 days. 6 DAYS. KeyMe Customer Service does not respond to emails. Next stop filing complaints with the AG Avoid this service. Use a traditional locksmith. Will also contact Menards suggesting they pull the kiosk.
UPDATE- Contacted KeyMe Customer Service and it went downhill from there. At least 30 emails back and forth. They used UPS Innovations which transfers the shipment to USPS, so tracking stops once USPS has the package. Stated they would issue new keys. Still no keys, but this time they shipped them standard UPS so at least we have a tracking number. They have refunded my money and claimed they will provide a gift card for the trouble.
