I called to get a door re-keyed. They said a tech would call soon. That tech couldn’t show up as soon as I needed so I asked him to cancel the ticket and said I’d find someone more local. Two more techs called trying to schedule something, each not knowing I had already cancelled. I asked each of them to cancel the ticket as well. Then I called the office number again and told them to cancel it. Three more techs have contacted me since. All the same day. Not sure if this is negligence or harassment at this point.

This man was amazing. I’ve been worried about my dad and paid to have his home re-keyed. I live 17hours away from Indiana and he made it possible to sleep better at night, thanks to him for working with me and him keeping me updated on the progress. My father said he was very fast and professional and was overall satisfied with his service, as are my husband and I.

This is our first time using a locksmith and Dave made it so easy for us. He arrived promptly and installed a new front door handle/lock, two dead-bolts, a porch door handle/lock, and he re-keyed EVERYTHING for us, all in just a couple hours. The cost was more than fair, the locks operate smoothly, and we feel much safer in our new home. Dave was super professional and great to talk to. We could not be more pleased with his work!!

They ask if you want a key smoothing service for an upcharge. When you decline it the keys are still sent through that smoothing “service” what this boils down to is regardless of your choice you do not receive exact replicas of the teeth.

Post edit- I added a picture I’m home now and both house key copies will open the deadbolt but neither will lock the deadbolt. Notice the missing small notches and how smoothed out the valley and ridge parts are. Mailbox key does not work at all. The worst thing however, at least in my opinion, is the sloppy chatGPT auto reply from the owner to the reviews. I will be submitting a refund and following up with how that process goes.
