My key was broken and not allowing me to turn my ignition at all. This was the third locksmith I called and not only did they show up promptly, they made my replacement key quickly, and all in well below freezing conditions. I was wanting to be able to get a new key for my car without having to go to the dealer. I tried places like the Minute Key inside of Home Depot and Walmart. The machine could not duplicate the key and the customer service I got was horrible.

Looking for another answer I found this place. The building on the outside may not be that impressive but the customer service and the expertise on the inside is fantastic. They took care of getting me new car keys. I also had been trying multiple times at different places to get an old key duplicated. No problem here.

For any future lock needs, I will be coming here. They have things I had not even considered like safes, key accessories, old style locks to the newest possible. Even tools and other supplies for installing locks. You were friendly and very open about the service that they can provide. Prices were upfront and very reasonable.

I don’t think you’ll find a better place in town.

I had problems with my 2004 BMW X5, the remote didn’t work correctly. He came in 25 min , to my house in Westfield, then he reprogrammed my original key , also made me extra key with great service. Total it took him 30 min to get my BMW done ☑️

This is our first time using a locksmith and Dave made it so easy for us. He arrived promptly and installed a new front door handle/lock, two dead-bolts, a porch door handle/lock, and he re-keyed EVERYTHING for us, all in just a couple hours. The cost was more than fair, the locks operate smoothly, and we feel much safer in our new home. Dave was super professional and great to talk to. We could not be more pleased with his work!!

Keys very sharp, improved but not smooth after using the insert repeatedly to remove shavings. I of the 3 copies worked well, one average and one very difficult to open door.

In person is much better than key-me device.

Also no color options in store at reasonable price.
