Paid for my key to be replaced, but then he lost the cover to my car over the key lock and will not pay for it. $40 part that they refuse to pay for will definitely be taking them to an attorney and suing them for negligence never go to this company. They do not replace your loss Parts that they lose. I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau also

We lost our keyfob to our car he ordered us a new one and came and programmed it the next night. Super nice guy! The key he ordered wasn’t working as it should. He ordered a new one and came and programmed that one. He kept in contact with us throughout the whole process!! I highly recommend him!!

They told me they could perform the service. I waited 4 hours and called the technician back to see if they could give me a timeframe of when they could be here but I got no answer. Waited another hour and called a second time but no answer. I ended up calling the main line and they told me they would have the technician give me a call back. The technician never called me back. Finally, 8.5 hours after the initial call to set up the service, I received a call from the main line saying the technician was on their way. By that time, I moved on and scheduled service with another company. Took off a whole day of work to resolve this problem for there to be little communication from this company on when they could come out. Began to think they ghosted me. Communication is keyyyyy.

I called about a broken sliding patio door lock. They said it would be $160 just for someone to come look at it then another $160 for labor plus the cost of the part which they said could be anywhere from $100-$600.
That felt like a lot so I watched a 5 min YouTube video, ordered the part for less than $10 online and once it came in
I fixed it in under 15 minutes. Insane that they estimated $420+ for something that in actuality cost less than $10 and was completed in under an hour.

They were nice and responsive on the phone though and I’m sure if it had been an emergency lockout then they would have been fine, if not a bit exaggerated on pricing.

I had an excellent experience at The Keyless Shop, and Charles deserves special recognition.

I needed a key fob replacement for a 2018 Honda Civic, and Charles handled everything professionally and efficiently. He reprogrammed the new fob so the stolen key was completely disabled, which immediately solved the security concern. He also went above and beyond by providing a fully functional backup key at no extra charge—a level of service you don’t see often.

Charles was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, even taking time to help over the phone and explain the process clearly. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

Had a great experience with AAA lock Doc he was able to come the day I called to make a key and programed it for a 2005 Honda crv . Was very informative on his arrival time. Once he arrived 5-10 minute’s and he was done. The experience couldn’t have went nor been any better ! I Appreciate the service that was provided. Really didn’t want to leave a review in fear of mother in-law seeing it but I know it helps their business so I’m taking the risk !! Lol
