I needed a new key fob for our Dodge Journey. The stealership (who kept the car 14 days to investigate the issue) wanted almost $400 to replace and program a new fob for me. These guys had me fixed up in less than 20 minutes with a new fob for only $100. I wished I would have checked with them first. It would have saved me time and diagnostic fees from the stealership. I’ll definitely check with them first in the future!

Excellent service! I lost my car key fob while I was out of town and they were the only ones around who had it-not even the car dealership had one! They were so friendly, fast, and reliable and told me when I get back to my spare at home, I could bring it back and they would program it for me. Great family owned business!

Emergency situations happen. Called very rude man answered the phone. I explained he had spoke with my son a few moments earlier and I needed to find out what information he needed he tells me and I send it. Says it will be some time this morning he will call you when on the way. This is 8 am. 12 pm called back he is even more rude tells me the tech is back but busy and he will call me and hung up without letting me say a word. I called my son to call him since apparently he has a problem with a women. They tell him waiting on key code from manufacturer, very understandable. 4pm tech calls says he’s on the way. We meet him out there which is in the country at a ride park. My friend had to be air lifted and my keys were lost in the total chaos. He is programming car and it doesn’t work, turns out the rude man that answers the phone is sick and gave him the wrong key. So he states be back tomorrow. Mind you I need this car to go to the hospital. Next day still can’t get it to work. Going to do research and come back in the morning. 1 pm next day and nothing from Roman’s. I called and rude man states they never have this much problem with a Nissan and that he can try to come out tomorrow. Done. Never use again and highly do not recommend.

My first attempt at KeyMe locksmiths, was that at a kiosk in the Walmart store where I live locally. I did choose the extra option to polish the keys after they were cut, and those keys did not match my key that was being copied, and it polished some of the knobs off along the key. Those keys did not work, but they made a full refund and I did choose to have the key cut without choosing the $2.99 polishing option. That key came out and worked perfectly on the doors of the house. So I would recommend them because of the easy refund method and also of the easy access to make copies of your keys.
