Great customer service! Robert re-keyed our locks after we moved into a new home. Then, he added deadbolt locks to both doors. He did a beautiful installation. Very satisfied with my dealings with Keystone Lock Company (Langhorne). I needed 2 exterior door lock sets and deadbolts rekeyed and multiple new keys for them. My initial contact was via their website and Jackie was very responsive and helpful. I brought the locks in and was able to wait for them to be completed. When I called they provided a reasonable estimate based off hourly work. The locksmith that did come over was able to fully install my new deadbolt. He was pleasant and did a fine job. He made sure everything was working to our satisfaction and was sure to clear away any mess that was made.

Amazed to see such good reviews. Stopped in there 3 times in the past 2 times to get an extra key cut for 2 of my cars I programed myself ( yes you can do it). Said no with some crazy excuse. Yet HOME DEPOT cut them with no problem and even advertises they cut FOB keys…LMAO. Then one time to have a couple of house keys cut..wich they did but made it sound like they were doing brain surgery..and was really doing me a favor. Hate to rain on your parade but any idiot can cut a key!
