Key will not work barely goes into the lock. The cut is way off and not symmetrical at all compared to the 1st generation key it was cut from.

Fast, professional, and reasonably priced service. Called BPS in a panic when I locked my keys in my running car, he was here in less than minutes and had it unlocked for me. Also had a 2nd key made and programed he it same day as the lock out. Highly recommend BPS!

I am very pleased with this company. They came out to my house and made a key fob for my vehicle. Stephen. The technician that came out was very friendly really nice explained everything that he was doing and what he had to do and I would recommend this company to anyone if they were having an issue with needing a key made for the vehicle or otherwise

I was in a bind for a commercial building lockout. I called 5 difference companies and Felts were the only ones to answer on the first call. Dispatcher was helpful. This was AWESOME! I’ve gone without a second key, wanting to avoid the $150+ cost of a new one. We were leaving a Walmart and saw the JeyMe kiosk next to the claw games and my husband said, “Why not give it a try?” We did and with in just a week we had our second key and it works PERFECTLY! I’m looking foward to starting my car and not having to worry about someone driving off with it while it’s warming up. If you’re not sure? Go for it! We’re glad we did.

Called said he’d get here in 20. An hour later asked for estimated time till arrival. No answer so we called someone else. An hour and a half later shows up (we have a dog who doesn’t bark but is people friendly) who walked up to his truck since he didn’t even bother getting down. Dog jumps gently on his door and he shoves him to the ground. Never thought someone would be so heartless to a dog especially when he shows up late and doesn’t even bother getting down from his truck to talk to us.

We really were impressed with price and honesty with our repair. Although it was a short drive, the overall experience was the best experience and we recommend these guys as well as will go back again when needed. Parts ordered accurately, no hidden delays and work was correctly done on promised time. They are straightforward with at this experience no hidden lies. We invest in a company that provides it. Convenient when a locksmith is closed, but cost twice as much for the sharp edge cut and won’t work when used. You will have to pay an extra $2 to get the machine rough up the key and hope that helps. I will just wait for a locksmith to open going forward.
