Paul was so wonderful! He kindly accommodated to my early morning schedule and let me know what was going on every step of the way. It took less than an hour to get my car key copied. He was transparent, humorous, and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!

Joe came out in the remnants of this winter storm we are having in Louisiana and saved me from being stranded. Great price and great service and fast! My key broke in half for my 2012 Ford Focus. The replacement key cost me about $185. I gave him a $37 tip just for helping me at such a short notice as well as again to reiterate during the cold as well as it starts to get dark at around 5:00 pm these days. He said I was the last one for the day and truly I really appreciate it. I’m going to be using this service again to order me a spare key in the future. Amazing what technology has come to be. Ford dealership said to me when I got the car years ago that if I wanted a spare it was cost me $300 and that they were the only ones that can do it. That is clearly not the case. If anyone needs to be hooked up, come to Royal Locksmith!

My battery died in my car while I was taking my child to a doctor’s appointment in Metairie. We are not from the area so I didn’t know who to call for help. The hospital security was contacted and they gave me a number to a company to assist. That company wanted payment by phone prior to providing service. I asked if I could pay when they got there instead and they agreed. Told me they would send someone out within an hour. An hour and and a half later. That company wouldn’t answer my calls. My husband was at home and started calling places to try to help. By this time, we had been at the hospital 2 hours from home for over 6 hours and were more than ready to be home. Mr Allen and Miss Lilly showed up promptly to jump my car and get us on our way. Mr Allen was friendly, professional and showed true concern for our well being. Trulox number will be stored in my phone for any needs in the future. They are #1 in my book. Thank you so much for coming to our rescue.

Needed a door knob and deadbolt combo rekeyed on the fly and Mr. Joe was at my door in less than an hour. He worked very quick, rekeying a new door knob and deadbolt to match; he even installed it for me! Great service, honest and doable prices.

Kevin from Pop-A-Lock came out to the downtown New Orleans area to help me with a defective key, and he did a wonderful job. He was patient, understanding, and quick, super quick! He was also kind and respectful.

I had to let him in and out of the garage, and he never once made it feel like a hassle. He went up and down the garage with no complaints, stayed professional, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the work he was doing.

Their inventory is incredible, their knowledge is superb, and their customer service was beyond outstanding.
They helped us find our pocket door hardware and found us an antique lock and key, mix matched plates, found another plate in the back and it topped off the whole package. They were professional, friendly, and super courteous. He popped the door open it ended up locked again so he did it again, in the rain even. Completely my fault and he was such a gentleman about it. Plus they were affordable, made a stressful situation a lot less stressful.
