Rudy is hands down the best lock smith in the area. Rudy was able to program a new remote key fob in under 5 mins for an affordable price. Definitely recommend. His wife also has lovely plants.

Dawn is amazing! We just moved and instead of buying new locks we were able to get 3 doors keyed cheaper than new locks! She was able to come out same day and the appointment took less than an hour. I encourage anyone who wants/needs to have your locks rekeyed to give her a call! We will definitely call for any other locksmith needs and recommend her to anyone that needs her services.

I was in a bind for a commercial building lockout. I called 5 difference companies and Felts were the only ones to answer on the first call. Dispatcher was helpful. Aaron the technician not only solved the problem but provided some of the best field/customer service & professionalism I’ve ever experienced. On top of this extremely affordable. Top notch company!

The wasn’t cut right. Does not work in my house door lock. In all a great ideal, if you could fine tune your machine.

I am very pleased with this company. They came out to my house and made a key fob for my vehicle. Stephen. The technician that came out was very friendly really nice explained everything that he was doing and what he had to do and I would recommend this company to anyone if they were having an issue with needing a key made for the vehicle or otherwise

Key will not work barely goes into the lock. The cut is way off and not symmetrical at all compared to the 1st generation key it was cut from.
