I had a similar experience as the other reviewer. I called them to have someone come out to Prosperity. They said someone would be coming out. Waited for 2-3 hours for someone to come out and called back. They said that they do not serve our area. It would have been fine if we were not waiting on them and they would have told us up front that they did not serve our area.
