1000/10 would recommend. I locked myself out of my house. After calling 3 different locksmith companies and getting the workaround and outrageous prices. I finally found Jim’s Lock and Key and I was immediately relieved. I was able to laugh with the kind receptionist about my inconvenience, and very shortly after Hunter arrived and unlocked the door within seconds. Everyone was so kind and the price was VERY reasonable. Thank you for the amazing service!

I used the minute key kiosk and it’s quick, affordable and the keys actually work! I have used other more expensive kiosks and none of the keys work or I had to wait to have them mailed to me and then they still didn’t work. Minute key has worked every time! The only thing negative I have to say is I wish there was a bigger selection of key designs in the kiosk. Although maybe that’s the fault of the store hosting the kiosk.

UPDATE: I am pleased to announce that after purchasing another fob from a different locksmith, I have yet to have any technical difficulties with remote start, locking or unlocking my vehicle using my REPLACEMENT fob in over a year!!!

Imagine leaving your vehicle running locking the door with the fob upon exiting and go to get back into your vehicle and the fob doesn’t work!!!! Well that’s what happens when you listen to THE KEY GUY Mr I didn’t sell you a defective key fob.

After getting a YELP notification that the owner responded I had to respond!

This is the customer service you’ll get if for some reason there’s any technical difficulties since the key guy only sell flawless equipment! As per Michael response it was my vehicle not the defective $250 key fob he sold me! Continued from Tiarra B 1 star review)

They gave me the price then changed it when they got here for the key with lock and unlock buttons and he kept changing the time…..said 2pm and then I had to call and he called back saying 330-5pm. Never showed. I had to call again and he said he was on the way. An hour later he calls and says 10 minutes. Which turned into 30 minutes. Never in my life have I seen a company so disrespectful and untimely.
