I could not get anyone to make a spare key for my 1976 Harley Davidson anywhere. Jim made me a spare no problem. Additionally, he was instrumental in repairing a back door at my business. Could not recommend him enough.

I was under the impression if I bought 1 key for a small fee I could get two more free. I paid $10 and only got one key. That’s outrageous to me. Will not be using again.

Mike repaired a broken exterior door assembly for us. He was very professional and communicated clearly in advance of his arrival. While onsite, he noticed 3 issues with the door that would solve the problems and recommended another company to help. Mike was most knowledgeable and efficient. Would not hesitate to call on American Lock and Key in the future.

Do not recommend at all. Over priced to the hilt. They just charged my significant other $400 bucks to unlock his truck. NOT AFFORDABLE at all as they state. This is a rip off and the locksmith should be glad I wasn’t there cause this definitely would’ve been handled on site not on a review.

Very friendly, responsive, great follow up! Called many locksmiths and they did not even call back or did not know how to create a new key fob for my newly purchased classic car. Great place and knowledgeable! Fair prices too!

I really like the ease and convenience of this kiosk. It’s set up in a local grocery store near my house. This was actually my third time using their services. I’ve used it twice to make house keys for my two children and this time I was making multiple keys for my wife, sister and myself. Every time I’ve used it the keys function perfect. I’ve actually had problems with keys from a local hardware store. That was what prompted me to try this in the first place. They also have keys with designs which is something I like. It helps me remember which key goes to what with the ones that are seldom used. The machine is straightforward to use and doesn’t take any longer than having a person actually cut the key.

Jake and his team are very prompt and easy to work with. We have over 800 apartments in Madison and he is our go-to-guy for lock related issues, lock-outs, mass duplication, blank keys.

I dropped off 32 garage keys(on a holiday weekend) and requested sets of 10 on a holiday, he had completed the 320 keys the following Monday.

He helped us with our pull handles, we could not find the part to replace and he found it right away for us.

He is very knowledgeable about all things keys and the art of being a locksmith. I highly highly recommend him for any job- big or small.

Based on the actions of the locksmith that conned me I didn’t expect much from key me lock smith. But I was wrong. Their costumer service reached out to me after I posted a Google review about my ill experience where the locksmith qouted me one price over the phone, did the work then charged me double the quoted price . The costumer service went over and beyond to settle my grievance. They investigated the situation and refunded me the amount I paid over what was quoted to me by the locksmith. I was pleasantly surprised. Key Me Locksmith is a legit locksmith service. . I hope they discipline or fire the locksmith that conned me. Based on the costumer service I would do business with the company going forward

I had 6 keys cut at a Minute Key kiosk. They were all cut perfectly, and quickly. They all worked without any issues. I like the ability to save the key scanned so that replacements can be cut without needing the physical key.
