Bill was amazing! We had a Subaru that lost all it’s keys, and had to get another one cut.
He first told us how exactly to get the master key from the dealer, and then went to cut it for us. Things went a little strange with the key, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to rectify the situation and make it right.
He went out in -22 degrees just to take care of us, and was by far the most honorable experience I’ve ever had.
While I hope to never need his services again, if we do, there is no way I’m going anywhere else.

Mike was great at communicating, installing new deadbolts, door knobs, and a keyless lock. He first assessed the state of the locks, gave recommendations, and completed the install same day. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again!

Had an awesome experience with a fob that would not open my van. Of course I had put the battery in upside down but that was not the original problem. Jim cleaned the electronics using alcohol and it is working better than ever. First time here but with any other problems I will be back. Also loved the shp!

Jeremy, the owner, is spectacular! Same day, immediate service when urgency mattered, Jeremy and his company came through. Jeremy has many years of experience and made great recommendations to address security related concerns. A very pleasant experience and prices were reasonable particularly in a crunch.

So nice and so helpful not to mention how reasonably priced it was, I had to give the guy a tip. I bought a nice used door for my garage and wanted to keep the original hardware so I brought him the lock and he re-keyed it while I waited.
