My ignition key and steering wheel were locked rendering my vehicle unuseable. I called Fortitude. Chad was immediately responsive and promptly came and replaced the ignition cylinder and resolved the problem. I paid less to have him come and do an on-site repair than it would have cost just to tow the vehicle to a mechanic.
Highly recommend. Good company. Good guy. Great service. Five stars all the way.

Very quick and simple. Correct cut, key worked perfectly. My 17 y/o used it once and proceeded to lose it shortly after. Looks like we will be repeat customers.
