This is our first time using a locksmith and Dave made it so easy for us. He arrived promptly and installed a new front door handle/lock, two dead-bolts, a porch door handle/lock, and he re-keyed EVERYTHING for us, all in just a couple hours. The cost was more than fair, the locks operate smoothly, and we feel much safer in our new home. Dave was super professional and great to talk to. We could not be more pleased with his work!!

Used the kiosk to make a copy of my 1980s Maxima key. The key worked in the door and the ignition. It worked perfectly. And this key is a little more substantially built than the original key. I have used the kiosk for a house key before and it worked fine, but I had never used it for a car key. Satisfied customer.

Soooo tired of using your kiosk to make my keys and more than half the time they won’t open the locks!!!!!
6 of the last 10 keys I have made didn’t unlock my doors properly
You need to offer a refund or free replacement service for this.
