Lost my one and only key to my Ford explorer. They came out the next day and within 20 minutes gave me a new key, gave me the passcode to my door lock which I never knew since I bought the vehicle and had the bill ready for me. Extremely professional and experienced.

I hope to not have to call them again, but if I have any issues with a lock or key, they will be the first on my list to call.

Fantastic work. We lost our only key to our one vehicle, completely. GM wanted a fortune and would need us to tow the vehicle there. Ben’s Lock & Key did their work at our home for a fraction of the price. Brand new key and programmed to our vehicle. The technician, Tengiz, was very nice and professional and worked very quickly and ensured multiple times that our new key works properly. I highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars. I thought I needed a new key fob and the programming for the remote start for my car. Took my original fob to Brandy’s, they repaired the fob and changed the battery and it worked. I didn’t have to buy a new fob. They gave me a great price. Very nice employees, and they are very experienced. I highly recommended

I was wanting to be able to get a new key for my car without having to go to the dealer. I tried places like the Minute Key inside of Home Depot and Walmart. The machine could not duplicate the key and the customer service I got was horrible.

Looking for another answer I found this place. The building on the outside may not be that impressive but the customer service and the expertise on the inside is fantastic. They took care of getting me new car keys. I also had been trying multiple times at different places to get an old key duplicated. No problem here.

For any future lock needs, I will be coming here. They have things I had not even considered like safes, key accessories, old style locks to the newest possible. Even tools and other supplies for installing locks. You were friendly and very open about the service that they can provide. Prices were upfront and very reasonable.

I don’t think you’ll find a better place in town.
