Ripped off Ball State student. $220 to unlock a 2012 Nissan. No bells or whistles, just basic key. Was told because the driver was an hour away they had to charge more. Why is the address a Muncie address then? No estimates given, just the total when they finish the job. Took advantage of a young college kid. Please do not consider using this company!

Key works fine. Don’t pay the extra 2.99 to have it wire brushed . Do that yourself when you get home . Small burrs can be brushed off easily with a fine wire brush . I think that should automatically be done for no extra charge . That’s the only complaint I have

I made 3 additional keys; 2 brass and one Indianapolis Colts key. Two of the keys work perfectly. One of the brass keys works, but not smoothly. Still, I would rate my overall experience 4½ stars because of the convenience, the wide selection of designs readily available, and the speed and ease in which I received my products.

After two failed attempts at another brand’s kiosk I tried Minute Key. This is the one I will always use from now on. Key worked perfectly! The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the credit card reader on your kiosk did not work. Thank goodness I had the correct amount in one dollar bills on me.

I made three copies of the same key at the location in Muncie Lowe’s. None worked. I decided that maybe I had not pushed the original in far enough, so I went back and tried again. None worked. I did NOT go back to the customer service desk at Lowe’s. In my prior experience, that has been slow–well worth it if there is serious money involved, but this was only $20 total and my time is worth more than that–especially on a hectic day when I was trying to get a lot done. I have used this machine previously with better results. I suspect that it needs a tune-up or some adjustments. But this was a lousy experience
