Yesterday we had a bunch of kids over. We live in a duplex with a hallway connecting the two sides and a utility room in the middle with two exterior doors on either side. While the kids were playing the locked both of those doors….. with a cat stuck in the middle! Turns out our keys didn’t work for the doors. I got in touch with Lock & Keeneye at 6:30pm while he was eating dinner. He came right out, got the doors open and then even re-keyed my locks to match the keys I have. We own the duplex so that’s totally legit haha. The price was reasonable, too! We appreciated it. Thank you!

We had something break inside our door handle and it prevented the door from opening. We called in the morning and Justin came out within a few hours. He got the door open within minutes and showed us the issue with the door handle/lock assembly. He showed us the replacement they had in stock and went back to the shop to get the product that matched our door hardware in the house. He returned soon and completed the replacement quickly and keyed the lock and the dead bolt to the same key. He also lubricated the deadbolt so it works like new. Great service, everything explained in detail, he answered all of our questions and fixed everything. Great service. Will use again.

Extremely friendly and helpful!

I managed to lock my keys in my vehicle fairly late in the evening. He answered the phone right away and agreed to come help. While he was on his way, I was able to open my truck with a coat hanger I had in the bed of my truck (this wasn’t my first time). When he showed up, I offered to pay him, but he declined without hesitation. I had to force on him the small amount of cash I had on me. He even made me a spare key for free out of his work van!

I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I hope I never have to use him again, but if the need comes up, he will be my first call.

I was recently in the area for Christmas. I unfortunately locked my entire key ring in my trunk in a rush to put everything in my car. I was in a panic since I’ve not done anything like this EVER. I googled locksmith service and found A Locksmith Service. Roger answered the phone right away. He was extremely pleasant and reassuring since I was in full blown holiday panic over this. He arrived very quickly and opened my trunk super quick. He also made a few extra keys for me on site so that I can stash them elsewhere to hopefully prevent this from happening again. He was so friendly and very good at his job. I enjoyed our small talk before and after the incident and feel like I’ve made a reliable friend that I can call on should anything like this ever happen again on a future visit to Daytona.
