If I could leave no stars I would. First person I talked to sounded out of the country. Hard to understand and harder to be understood. The tech said 1/2 hour. 2 hours later finally talked to him and said forget it. Then I get a call from his supervisor wanting to go thru with the billing and I could not get him to understand the tech was a no show. I hung up.

Lost the key to my Jeep and needed a replacement made, but I knew it’d have to be cut and programmed. This guy was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He came very quickly, in the pouring rain, he made me 2 keys, cut them and programmed the key fobs and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Very reasonable price!! 10/10 would definitely recommend and this company will be the one to call if I should need this service again.

Had a great experience with AAA lock Doc he was able to come the day I called to make a key and programed it for a 2005 Honda crv . Was very informative on his arrival time. Once he arrived 5-10 minute’s and he was done. The experience couldn’t have went nor been any better ! I Appreciate the service that was provided. Really didn’t want to leave a review in fear of mother in-law seeing it but I know it helps their business so I’m taking the risk !! Lol

The machine at Lowe’s doesn’t take a Lowe’s credit card. Three of ten keys don’t work without wiggling the key.
