Ive been a Dixie customer since I was a teenager, a long time loyal customer. However with the recent changes at the Aiken location I will no longer be supporting Dixie. The Aiken location is now a “mobile only service”. So that means if I need a key made I will have to make an appointment and sit around the house all day til they decide to show up. I tried to have keys cut today and found out the hard way by a locked door with a sign hanging on it “mobile only services”. I guess I’m gonna have to find a new place to cut my keys. It would be a no star review if it was possible
