We were able to get in and out in less than 30 minutes. The person we worked with was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and I was able to get 2 new laser cut keys programed to the car for less than the mechanic told me it would be. I was very happy with the experience and will be back when I needb their services.

I was having problems with my lock on my front security door and I called A1 and spoke with Allen to explain the problem and he immediately came out and took care of my front security door lock and I also asked if he would re-key my side door to match the front door key to prevent having multiple keys. It didn’t take him long to show up and he was very courteous and kind. The price was VERY reasonable and I am grateful to him for his service. Cant speak for the lock services but their driver needs his drivers license taken away! He cut me off crossing highway 80 and I had to swerve off the road to not hit him. Then stopped in front of me waiting for traffic to clear. Not even bothering to see if I was stuck or not!!

Your use of “Karen” shows the public that you are not the friendly person that a few of these reviews claim, by all means keep going. My headlights WERE on since since they were reflecting off of the side of your van. And I was in a TURN LANE with my blinker on. Did your camera show that you were crossing a DIVIDED HIGHWAY from a stop sign so I had the right of way? Regardless of fault, the POLITE thing to do when you put someone off the road is to ask if they are ok.

We called and were told a technician would call us. The technician called and stated he was 35 minutes away. 1 hour later I call back to check his ETA and the company says they’ll text him. 1.5 hours later we called and they couldn’t do anything except “text” the technician. We canceled the service at that point and found someone else.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment set with Bryan. That window came and went…. no call, no show. I called them after the appointment window. They couldn’t find my appointment and then told me that they don’t service my area even though they have two listing within a couples miles of my house. Then, when I tried to enquire further, she hung up on me.
