Lady on phone was super rude. Said we had to get car towed, then when I asked is this a Monterey county thing that there’s no mobile locksmiths? Then she has a recommendation even though before she said no we can only tow. She kept interrupting me too and was snarky with her goodbye. Glad I’m not from here

Editing my review since I was replied too. I started the phone call letting them know I needed a mobile car key so trying to trick and talk over me making it seem like I needed to get towed to your place was my issue. Also the place you recommended let me know they did not come out to Monterey for service so it was 0 help and I found someone else with my own research. That’s why I posted and let you know why you were rude.

I was really impressed with Star Mobil Locksmith Services. It took about 15 minutes from the time I called until they showed up and started making a replacement key. The techs were super nice and the key they made was actually better than OEM quality (OEM was also available). The whole process was quick and I was back on the road fast. Highly recommend.

The person I called sent called a locksmith in New York who spent 40 min driving to a library with the same name as the one in Carmel. Even after I specific the streets it was on.

Great service from Elias. He was responsive and up front. The new fob was done, on site, within an hour of our initial contact. Price range was communicated directly.
I did go through a call center to get connected with him. She was friendly though not being able to get price info up front felt a bit frustrating. Also, the price was at the edge of the range given. Better price than the two others I’d gotten though. I’m appreciative of Elias’ person to person service, his communication, and efficiency.

This guys is awesome. He was able to program 4 sets of key fobs on my 2016 Honda HRV. Very quick and professional. Highly recommended!!!! Cheaper than honda stealership at Seaside/Salinas
