Awesome company, we arrived as he was getting into his car to go home. Cheerfully asked us what we needed. Made our keys for us telling us it wasn’t a problem. Definitely the hometown personal touch.

this man came out was to me in less then 15 minutes key made less then 10 minutes nicest guy in the world out here doin gods work ! i was stranded at a gas station 2 hours from home and nobody to call bought this truck yesterday ! he truly blessed me call this guy ! hes top notch of this career and gave me an extra key and a discount

They do not actually schedule for service of rekeying locks at your home. They put you on a list and you just have to wait for their call. There is no guarantee of how long that will be. I did not get on the list because, I have other things that need to be done. Also when I mentioned the I did not lock the uncertainty the person in the phone just hung up without staying anything. If this is how you treat to potential customers, I don’t want to know how you treat an actual customer.

I called a dealership to order a new key. 2 weeks later the key still didn’t arrive. I called Brent and he said he hair a key and met me at my car the next day and programmed a new key for me. Took him 15 minutes. Awesome service and fast. Great price too. Recommend over any dealership!
