Talked to Jerry on the phone, he’s an awesome person and also did wonderful service. The key is got at the kiosk was good but I’ve been waiting over a week for the one they had to mail me and I still haven’t got it. Shouldn’t have to mail me a key either u can make them all on the machine or dont offer that kind of key!!

Michelle, who took my appointment information, was very friendly and answered all my questions. James came out to our house today to rekey our front and back doors. What used to be a hassle with three different keys, James was able to make all of the locks work with one key. His knowledge and communication skills were outstanding. Will definitely call the Flying Locksmith again.

The machine made the key well enough, but the problem I had was it charged $3.00 extra just to smooth the jagged edges. Really? That should be done for free, as a part of the key making process! You don’t leave razor sharp edges for people to get cut on. There’s no customer service anymore. Smoothing dangerous edges should be the cost of doing business, not an upgrade. Safety, people!

Minute Key sucks! The machine is automated and it chose the wrong blank to cut keys. The shank was too long so when we got home, after paying for 3 house keys, none of them worked! Had to go to a regular hardware store where they have an old man using the manual machine to cut keys. Those keys work.

Guys the dealer wanted close to $600 for a new smart key and programming for my 2015 Ford Expedition. Kenny provided the exact same service and cut my extra key for $180. Nice work guys. Class act!

DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE IN ANY MENARDS.
It can’t cut keys that work. You must put your phone number in to work. They never sent a receipt. No way to get the problem fixed.

I made 1 key at the kiosk without any problems however I tried to make a second different key with the same blank and the machine said it was unable to make the 2nd key and I tried several times to make the second key.
