Not sure what kind of scam they are running. I called to get a quote, was told a technician would contact me shortly. I waited 3 hours called back and was told I needed to have a credit card on file because the technician was already there had made a key and I refused to pay. Nobody was ever here, nobody ever called with a quote. I had to call back 4 times and finally the technician left a note saying $350. So glad they acted the way they did because they made look at other places and got it done for $215.

Very rare to get same day service on anything , much less a complicated triple latch special order Andersen French door . United came only a couple hours after I called ; came with a smile and did not charge any rush fees. I give them 5 stars and already planning my next project with them.

This is a great little gem that I found during my route hours at work. I needed a car key made because mine broke so I was unable to have it on my key chain. I went in to ask about pricing one day & to see if there was anything I could do in the meantime till I was able to pay for it. The gentleman tried to see if he could drill a small hole to hold me off but was unable to so I told him I would be back. I really appreciated him trying to find a way to help in the meantime. Anyway I was able to go today and he made my key in a matter of minutes. Not only that but I love to find that I am giving my business to my brothers and sisters in Christ ✝️ Thanks for the great service!

Just called to ask if a key could be made for my bunker hill document safe. The lady that answered was beyond rude! Said they couldn’t make one, all they could do is pick the lock… asked if I wanted to schedule that. When I said no I was just hoping to get a key made by them since it would be faster… she then sighed, said what a waste of time… and hung up!!! So freaking rude!

Our daughter‘s apartment door was locked and closed while her keys were inside. Fortunately, she was spending the night at our house so we made arrangements to meet a locksmith there the next day at 3 o’clock. After waiting for 45 minutes past 3:00 and getting the runaround from this particular locksmith, we called Rich’s Keys and Locks. Fortunately, Wes was visiting family in the area and came right over. He looked at the door, worked his magic and opened it up. We were so grateful and I wanted to pay him extra money for his quick service but he declined and said he doesn’t take advantage of people’s dire situations. Had 4 keys made, machine said make 2 keys get one free, had four keys made got one free. Besides that the machine was slow responding to touch hade to warm fingers to get it to work. Machine is by an exit and outside temperature was in 20s. Other than keys work and thats important.
