I needed to get a couple of office keys duplicated and AJ was able to do it with no issue! I was even able get an extra key fob for my vehicle without having to go to the dealership and create an appointment to then drop off the car and all that jazz! I call that a win! They also have old school heavy duty fire resistant locks if you’re looking for one to purchase!

KeyMe Locksmiths is a user friendly machine. The process was quick and easy. The copy of My house key worked perfectly. A little pricy at $8 but the price of everything has gone up.

They came and rekeyed 2 locks. Told me it was $160. Charged my CC $1,950
Tried calling and no one could give me an answer as to why.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

They’ve been no help. They use third party Locksmiths. People that have no clue what they are doing. Took the guy 5 and a half hours. He was on his phone the entire time. Waited until after he left to charge my CC.

Orange County Lock & Door provided me with exceptional and professional services when I needed it the most. I had just moved to Orange County and I was looking for a dependable, trustworthy and professional locksmith. I used their services twice. They changed all the door locks in my house. About 2 months ago I used them again when I left my keys in my car. I called them after business hours and Gennaro came to my rescue and unlock my car. I recommend this family owned business 100%. Easy to use and pretty fast. And if you need to make enough keys the per key price is in line with those made by hardware store staff. Will definitely use Minute Key again next time.

September 2025. I have a very old lock on the strom door and couldn’t find a key of it. I look around on the web to see someone can make a key of this lock and found this business. I first read the reviews of this business and all of them were very impressive. I called the number and Chris picked up and asked me for the pictures of the 🔐. He even text me his number so I can provide pictures. One thing he mentioned that what if they can’t make a key of the lock then no need to drive all the way rather send pictures. This is call customer service on point. I went to this business with lock and I was received very well. The next day my lock and keys were ready to pick up. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in need of locksmith.

I appreciate this business so much as a young single mother they helped me out a lot and price matched other businesses and worked with me ! They are almost 40 minute drive but the customer service is worth it . I came right after work and had me in and out in under an hour ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Went to have a couple of key made. The experience was just awful. Just go to a locksmith Don’t waste your time. Unless you’re making a simple house key this is a wasted effort. The people at Walmart are clueless and will just send you on a run around from one person to the next. Each one being more clueless than the predecessor

Used the Munute Key at Lowe’s – loved the process! It took less than 10 min to make 2 different keys 4 total). The keys worked perfectly, unlike when they were made by a person (one of them jammed)
Would suggest one improvement- more key choices. My kids wished they could pick cooler key designs.
