I don’t often leave reviews, but my experience with Brandy’s Safe and Lock—and especially with Raymond—was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share. I recently purchased a Fort Knox safe from Raymond, and he went above and beyond to make the process easy and enjoyable. He took the time to speak with me over the phone, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like I was his only customer. His knowledge, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out. I do not recommend. I was quoted $30 from the dispatcher and was told the tech would be about 45-60 minutes. The tech didn’t arrive for close to 2 hours and then needed to use Google Translate to communicate. He then quoted me $250. I apologized for the miscommunication and informed him we would need to figure something else out to get the car unlocked. Apparently, it is $30 for the service call plus whatever the tech wants to charge for the service, which would have been fine if that had been communicated. I then received multiple calls offering me a lower price.

Over the next 24 hours, I received nearly a dozen telemarketing and spam calls, which is so uncommon for me that I believe the company sold my number.

There are much better, quicker, and more affordable techs in the area should you need a locksmith.

I guess you pay for convenience Ace hardware is cheaper. But not bad if you can’t get to an Ace hardware. I paid $15.00 bucks for two keys. They did offer the third key for free but I didn’t need a third key made.

Super in professional super inconvenience and I ended up in some weird Ponzi scheme where one locksmith is referring me to another and just charging the bill higher and higher luckily in my Land Lord and neighbor were kind enough to help

I purchased three back door keys . Machine seemed to be very easy to use. The choice of standard key appeared to be what i needed. Rough cut vs smooth was an option but not clear on what it meant. I choose smooth bug smooth did not cut the keyas mine original outlined. I came back and machine cut fine but the prompt was for a brass key which was not given on the first three keys. I assisted another customer with buying a key after my second experience. All three keys worked on ghe second set. I believe the prompts given to customers need more clarity and more clear images.

I thought I needed a new key fob and the programming for the remote start for my car. Took my original fob to Brandy’s, they repaired the fob and changed the battery and it worked. I didn’t have to buy a new fob. They gave me a great price. Very nice employees, and they are very experienced. I highly recommended
