Dawn is amazing! We just moved and instead of buying new locks we were able to get 3 doors keyed cheaper than new locks! She was able to come out same day and the appointment took less than an hour. I encourage anyone who wants/needs to have your locks rekeyed to give her a call! We will definitely call for any other locksmith needs and recommend her to anyone that needs her services.

I am very pleased with this company. They came out to my house and made a key fob for my vehicle. Stephen. The technician that came out was very friendly really nice explained everything that he was doing and what he had to do and I would recommend this company to anyone if they were having an issue with needing a key made for the vehicle or otherwise

I got the special buy 2 keys get one free which cost me $21.39 which is outrageous. Then I had to use a file at home to get them to work. I’ll never buy your keys again.

Fast, professional, and reasonably priced service. Called BPS in a panic when I locked my keys in my running car, he was here in less than minutes and had it unlocked for me. Also had a 2nd key made and programed he it same day as the lock out. Highly recommend BPS!

I was in a bind for a commercial building lockout. I called 5 difference companies and Felts were the only ones to answer on the first call. Dispatcher was helpful. Key will not work barely goes into the lock. The cut is way off and not symmetrical at all compared to the 1st generation key it was cut from.
