Granted it was sunday but three of the well known brands told me they were too busy to get me today. I called this one and he was here working on my car getting rekeyed in literally 15 min of my request. It took less than 30 minutes if that. Great job!

The door knob to the lock on my door was broken when I purchased my house. I Googled repair broken lock or something like that and GI Locksmith was the first thing that popped up. I had a feeling that they were the ones to go with. They came came literally a few hours after I called. They came, did some measurements and left a little while later. He called back with the parts and fixed my lock!! When I say he was amazing!!! I am so happy!!
They are the best Locksmith in memphis and serviced our doors here. They are antique locks that are also considered architectural locks. They made skeleton keys to my bed room door as the picture shows. My front door was missing the thumb turn piece and they found one and installed it for us on our old locks. Thank you for also rekeying our storm doors as well. They do rekeying services for homes. Definitely will keep their number.

I had an excellent experience with Locksmith 4 Less. They helped me make two keys for my Mercedes-Benz, which is usually a difficult and expensive process, but they made everything incredibly easy.

These guys were great. They made me a duplicate key for my padlock for my storage unit and told me if the key does not work they would see about possibly cutting my padlock. They didn’t even charge me for it until we were certain I’m if the key works for the padlock. Once I figured out the reason why my main keys broke so easy from previous locksmith I had keys made from. I didn’t get the locksmith name but he even tried to alternate it to where it doesn’t get stuck again but he realize it was no way he could so he just made me 2 new keys for my padlock for a little of nothing $6.04. Thanks Guys I will be return back to this establishment for future business and I will definitely make sure I referred family and friends here to this business. God Bless 🙏🏾

Got a couple of keys cut today for a car. I needed cut and program. They said since I didn’t buy the keys from them, they can’t guarantee the program will work but it will be $85 either way. Sounds like an easy 10 minute way to scam people out of $85 and to buy your keys. I mean $85 for a 10 minute job if it works or not is a crazy policy. I’m not saying they don’t deserve to get paid for their time, maybe 1/2 price if it doesn’t work. I can deal with that. I will unfortunately not be recommending this location. But I guess no one works for free. But they did cut em for $50. I say them, what I mean is a machine worked and they walked around and then they charged me $50. It seems they don’t actually do much. Just stand around and watch machines do it. Maybe I need to get into this racket. 🤣 Seems easy.

This man is amazing! I lost my key and needed a replacement, and he showed up in less than an hour. He fixed my key and had me back on the road in no time! He even gave me an extra key fob for my car at no additional charge. His prices are very reasonable! I definitely recommend going to him!

Very rude. I went there because someone recommended them to me. When I arrived there was a sign on the door stating they are closed for lunch and will reopen at a certain time (this is perfectly fine). However when I got to the door I read the sign on the see through door and looked at my phone to see what time it was. Two minutes left. So I was glad, I will just wait. As I looked inside while standing there an employee or someone looked directly at me and turned his head like ma’am we closed don’t know why you standing there. The vibe it got. Could have just been a decent person and held up a finger or something letting me know we will be opening soon or just one moment. I read the sign …I was fine. Just common courtesy I was raised to speak to people. Maybe it’s just me. I went elsewhere for my services..

12.14.2024: Called at 1:43 because I was locked out of car and my usual locksmith was out of town. So I googled a locksmith company to get the job done. First call, I asked about the pricing or estimated pricing just so I could have a ballpark of how much it would cost for the service to be completed. Intake person was very nice but unwilling to give me an estimate and stated that the locksmith being dispatched would do that upon arrival, uncomfortable with that but I needed to get into my car because my son was with me. At 1:52, I receive a call from an unknown number and answer being both polite and professional, assuming it was someone from work. However, the woman on the other end, says, “Locksmith…I called you a couple times but you didn’t answer.” — I have an iPhone that’s set up to ignore numbers I don’t recognize— but I’m not able to address that because I just want an update on the locksmith. She states 20 minutes, I simply respond with an okay but remember I didn’t get a pricing. I ask for an estimate and she , “I can’t give you that, but if they come out and you don’t want them to do it, you’ll still have the service fee to pay.” I ask for that amount which is $25, to make sure I’m understanding everything, I repeat back, “So the service fee is $25 plus whatever the locksmith will charge for the actual service.” She says yes, so I respond, “let’s not do that then, let’s cancel it before that person even comes out”. She says okay while laughing and hangs up. I thought it was weird but shrugged it off. A few minutes later, I receive a text message, that I’ve attached to this review. I definitely won’t reach out to this company again simply because of that interaction and going out of your way to message someone, when there’s no ongoing service is very weird.
