The technician came out within the hour (considering the bad weather) and got the lockbox opened so we could access the keys… much better option than taking the lock apart… great customer service, very professional tech and they understood the stressful situation and it showed in their responsiveness. We needed an emergency locksmith service and spoke with Steve, who arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly and professionally opened the door to our back room. I got hung up on too!

Called the number, person who answered just said “hello” (super [un]professional). I needed a car key cut. After sharing my vehicle’s make, the person said no and hung up the phone on me. I called back, giving them the benefit of the doubt and advising I didn’t need the key programmed, just cut. They still refused.

I’m sorry, if you’re not willing or able to cut a small piece of metal to match another piece of small metal, you’re either lazy or an incompetent locksmith.

Machine worked pretty good. The price is about double the price at Home Depot. At the first attempt to open my door, even after polishing of the burrs, did not work. I had held the original key with a slight pressure from backing out during grinding. However I still had to fiie the shoulder back a bit so that the new key would fit into the lock slightly more. It now works fine.
