Can’t recommend Masslock enough. I had struggled to find a locksmith to even return my calls. Then I found Masslock and their service was top notch. They quickly understood what I was looking for, sent out a locksmith who measured everything carefully and gave me an instant quote. They are very transparent on the pricing and scope of work they are doing.

They came out and replaced several of my locks with high security ones. my old locks were starting to bind and now they close so easily in the cold weather. It sounds funny to be so excited about new locks but I can open the doors so easily now (was having to open the garage before!)

Highly recommend and will definitely call them again!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Not sure if it was the owner or someone who works there but he was on the phone never acknowledged that I was there. I took out the keys I needed to be copied still ignored. Probably 5-8 minutes go by and I ask while he’s still on the phone if he has time to make keys for me he shakes his head yes and continues talking on the phone. He finally got off made the keys. He was so rude. I’ve never had worse service in my life. I always say thank you but not today. He did not say goodbye or thank you. AWFUL!!!!!!
