Worst service ever. We have used them a few times, they used to be really good. I had them go rekey an ignition on one of our trucks that was stuck and all he did was drill it out, and overcharged me for it because I still had to get it fixed. Then we took another truck to be rekeyed by them. Took them 3 days to do it, then whenever we went to pick the truck up they were never there during business hours. On top of all of it, the cover that goes over the ignition was duct taped together when we picked it up. So they broke that without saying anything and just taped it up. DO NOT GO HERE.

Awesome store and customer service. I can’t recommend this place enough! Very friendly staff that are super knowledgeable and lots of inventory to help you find just what it is you need. Locks? They got em! Keys? They got those also! Safes? None safer! Those safes are so safe I lock locked my nephew in one once on accident, I’d say don’t tell his mother but she doesn’t speak to me anymore anyways. Took the fire department 3 1/2 hours to get him out. I order pizza for those brave men and the lady’s at CPS. Child endangerment they said, it was an accident I said. Unfortunately the shop wasn’t able to do a return on the safe after. They don’t return “damaged goods” so I’m out one safe and one nephew. Point being who needs a safe room when you have a safe that can fit a whole person.

Have used Larry’s Lock for years but found it has “moved” from Plainfield location. Followed instructions on door and went to “new” location on Este Avenue. Larry’s is NOT on Este — I found an Acme location where the employee had me wait for about 5 minutes before asking what I needed — he was “busy” with a personal phone call and FINALLY told the person he was talking to that he had a customer. NOTHING like Larry’s!! I would have left but I’d already driven WAY out of my way and really needed the keys today. DEFINITELY WON’T RETURN!!
