This business is incredible, I needed a 1990 toyota 4runner sr5 4×4 6cyl key, to bring down the rear window, as the original was bent into submission.

The process was easy as h🏒🏒 I had the title, registration ext. To me, it was like they couldn’t believe that vehicle was still on the road.

I would recommend these people to anyone that would listen Dealerships are way too expensive. This was maybe a ⅓ of the cost at a dealership.

Brought in 3 keys to cut. 2 Motorcycle keys and 1 lockbox key. I brought 2 new $10 factory Honda blanks ordered online waited 2 weeks for. . Lockbox key cut to their blank didn’t work. One key cut for one of the bikes worked with their blank.

I returned and they recut the 2 factory key blanks that didn’t work with their blanks in a different machine although the $20 worth of factory key blanks were scrapped, refunded for $7.XX. They could not cut the lock box key.

Edited for clarity- It was clear that the cutting machine was not functioning properly both noted by Charlie and by the cuts made citing the clamp needed to be fixed on the cutting machine. My factory key blanks were perfectly correct and after they didnt work due to your poorly calibrated machine I returned and I advised that, “maybe you shouldn’t cut any more keys with that machine if it’s not working properly.”

In any case your lockbox key didn’t work off of your blank and that was all I was refunded for and I got 2 exceptionally large working keys in exchange for my compact factory keys -$20. They cost me more than it cost to come have these cut.

Fix your machine & recut my perfect factory blanks and a working lockbox key = 5 stars. I believe I’ve been fairly objective here.

The Lock Shop at Power & Southern in Mesa is outstanding. They reprogrammed a key for my 2008 Toyota Prius using an older 2006 key — something with a pretty low chance of success — yet they made it look effortless.

Trust Mike & Willie to resolve complex locksmith issues.
We needed to repair a 50 year old door lock.
Talked to Mike on the phone, he said they may be able to help since they havr been in business several years and may possibly have parts.
