This man Dennis is a life saver! Not only was he very easy to talk to, but he was respectful a gentleman all the way, punctual about his timing as he said he would meet me in 20 minutes the man showed up sooner than that! Awessssome!! And so fast! My only functional key just broke out of the blue at 2:00 on a Saturday. I called Bens lock and key and In less then an hour I had a new one ready to go and I didnt even have to leave my house. Tyler is great and saved me from having a very stressful night.

The key copying process is super easy to use and navigate through. However, the price per key (even the most basic brass one) is outrageous in my opinion. $6 for a basic brass house key is too much when I can go to any hardware store or locksmith and get on for half the price. I do, however, appreciate the Buy 2 get 1 free promo as it was extremely useful and needed for this specific occasion. Lower your prices and I’ll update my review to 5 stars!

Brought a work machine over that had a locked back plate. The gentleman behind the counter was fantastic. Was able to extract the broken key and make us three new ones. Definitely will come back for any future lock smith needs.

I am a home builder, and I have every one of my houses rekeyed by A Cheaper Locksmith. All of their employees are great, always on time. Their prices are excellent as well. I also have used them personally for all of my car keys, they are also fantastic about that as well. I can’t recommend A Cheaper Locksmith highly enough, you won’t regret using them.

What a wonderful company. Krystina was great setting up my appointment and getting David out to me in an instant to get me in my door where the lock jammed and I was locked out. I then had David come out a few weeks later to redo my locks. Wow! What a great job. He rekeyed my entire house, put in a lock and keypad I can access to the internet, updated the brass on my security doors, and made the experience seem less. My old highlands door was a pain to work on I know but he did an amazing job! Highly recommend. 10 out of 10.
