We have a 2 year old home and the builder recommended getting a tri-point lock for our 8′ tall front door. It started sticking shortly after we moved in and continued to get worse until it bound up. I called the door vendor, no luck. I called a few lock places in town and no one works on these types of locks. One of the other locksmiths recommended Lincoln Lock and said they are the only ones he knows who work on trial-point locks.
Caleb came and gave me an estimate. It was an expensive fix to get a whole new lock assembly ordered but was the only way to have an operational front door. A week later it came in and Drew came to install it. Unfortunately the new lock failed after just a couple of days and Drew came out at 7 on a Friday night to help secure the door till it could be repaired again. For no charge, they ordered a second lock and came back to replace it again. This time, it seemed to work pretty well. But Drew was not happy with how it felt to him and he felt pretty certain it would fail again. So he ordered yet another lock assembly for no charge. And this one works smoothly and to our (and his) expectations.
I am impressed by how diligent they have been on this project. It took a lot of their time and 6 visits to us to get it to their satisfaction. If I ever need assistance with a lock in the future I will absolutely call them again.

I’m usually not a review person. But Mattice Lock & Safe just saved me. My toddler locked himself in my car while in our driveway. I called Mattice, they were there within five minutes and unlocked the car free of charge because a kid was in the car. Seriously, cannot thank them enough. Use Mattice, you won’t regret it.

Jim came over the same day to replace our broken front door knob/lock. He is very knowledgeable and efficient- you can tell he cares about his work. I was so appreciative that he made time to help and the services were very reasonably priced.

Just had him help me get into my car. He was out and about and was there in 15 minutes. Price was extremely reasonable.
He was very friendly and even talked and showed my son the whole process which was very quick. Definitely reccomend!

Bob was great, he made me a new key from a broken one and programmed it and it was more than half priced than other people offered and he found a way to fit me into his already busy schedule. He’s very professional and bonus has a sense of humor! If you need a key, go to Bob!

This is now the second time I’ve used A Plus Lockouts, and just like the first time a couple of years ago, the service was outstanding. Mark answered immediately after 11pm, took my information quickly, and said he was on his way. He arrived to me and my truck in about 10 minutes and was even quicker with his skills. Just like last time, the price was extremely fair and reasonable. I remember saying in my last review that I saved A Plus Lockouts’ number in my phone for the future and I’m really glad I did. My experience. The good, the kiosk is super user friendly. The bad, the key absolutely did not work. I got home to try it on my deadbolt and the first turn the key snapped off, tried removing the remnants and they’re stuck in the lock. I’ll have to go to the store tomorrow and purchase another deadbolt.

This was the neatest thing I’ve seen in a while! I needed a couple keys made. You just stick your key into this machine and pick what kind of key you would like and how many and Presto.. it makes them! Nice experience!
