Five stars is not enough! First off I must say that the friendly and knowledgeable service I received was outstanding. While I was at the store, multiple people came in for one reason or another and all left with smiles on their faces. I was able to get my two key fobs programmed, which was done quickly and accurately, and for a great price. I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic locksmiths. We had a house closing continually get delayed until we would have to close at 3:30 on a Friday. I called multiple locksmiths, all of which said they couldn’t come out until Monday. Dekoffs said they’d be at the house at 8:30 on Saturday. They showed up on time, got right to work and in less than an hour I had rekeyed locks and plenty of keys for them. I highly recommend.

I came in to rekey the physical lock of a newly bought smart lock to work with the key of an apartment I am temporarily renting. I like that this locksmith is efficient and has a physical store but his customer service skills are severely lacking. He threw away the OEM pins that came with the smart lock without asking if it was okay to do so. If you asked a tailor to size down a shirt with buttons or clips and the tailor threw away the button hardware on the extra fabric so that you would have to buy new buttons when any fall off, wouldn’t you be angry? The locksmith was not empathetic with my frustration but made it right by replacing the OEM pins with comparable pins but I won’t know if they actually work until I move out of my apartment into a condo and try to reconfigure the smart lock to work with the original keys. I was waiting in the store while he worked. He could have just asked instead of doing something incredibly inconsiderate.
