I had a great experience with this locksmith company from start to finish. My call was answered right away and I spoke directly with the actual locksmith—not a call center. I was given a clear, reasonable quote upfront with no surprises. Most importantly, they arrived exactly when they said they would (40min) and provided fast, professional, high-quality service. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that’s honest, punctual, and reliable. Highly recommend!

Great job cutting 2 new keys in my driveway and even came back out a few days later when one battery died and replaced it for me. Very friendly and great customer service. Highly recommend!

I went to Home Depot and Lowes to try to make a spare key but they weren’t able duplicate it due to the type of key it was. It was a newer type key with a special pattern. I went into Baldino and they were able to make me a spare with no issues. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Great service. I believe they also do car keys.

I don’t usually give reviews, but I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the service or lack thereof. I called because I needed a locksmith to get into my car. I was told that they could be there 30 minutes which is why I agreed to use their service. I received a text less than 5 minutes before the individual was supposed to arrive saying they changed providers, and I would have to wait an additional hour. I called the support center and though they were pleasant, they weren’t able to provide a direct explanation. They did offer to provide me with frequent updates on the service members location, which I agreed to. Not even 5 minutes after I got off the phone, I received a text message saying they completely canceled my request, and that they could no longer help me because the all of the providers were unavailable. The individuals I spoke to were professional. However, due to the lack of follow through and the fact that they wasted about an hour of my time where I could have reached out to another company, I will not be using or recommending them in the future.

Making the key was a little difficult to understand the process at first. The key was made quickly. Once I got home, the key did not work.
