I had such a great experience with this locksmith company! Adam was the technician who helped me, and he was absolutely amazing. He arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and handled the situation with professionalism and care. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work.
Not only did he solve the problem efficiently, but he also made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, honest, and respectful in this field.

Locked my keys in the car at the car wash. They were there in less than 10min from when I called and had my truck unlocked with in 2 min of being there. Great company. Very responsive, fast and competitively priced.

Very cheap replacement keys. I got two made which I felt were over priced, it hasn’t been a year yet and this is how they look.
I went back to confront him about it and he wanted to charge me again smh. I’m not sure about anyone else’s experience but these may be fake reviews. Also his shop does not have regular working hours you have to call before going.

Say 20 minutes, it shouldn’t be over an hour. Anyway, the locksmith finally came- Amos, who was quite nice and quick. It literally took him less than 15 minutes to open the trunk, because as I said, the car was unlocked! The service was great, but the surprise charge is ridiculous! When it was time to pay, I was charged $235!!! I feel it was outrageous that 1- YOU/YOUR dispatcher ask the make and model of the car and the situation, but can’t/won’t give a quote, and 2- there was nothing done except unlocking the trunk by loosening the lock panel on the driver’s side door, there was no extra key or key FOB made, nothing excessive has to be done. My son has tried to contact the company regarding the charge and has been given the run around. If you are considering using this company I would urge you to think twice. Don’t make the mistake that I made, make sure they give you a quote and maybe check around. And to the company- your canned response about “using this review as a learning opportunity to improve your services” and your apology is not good enough! Because had I actually read some of your recent reviews beforehand I would’ve looked elsewhere. The only satisfactory response or resolution is a partial refund of your excessive charges!
