I agree with Trevor’s review. They are not located where the address says they are. When I called and explained my situation, I needed a door alignment, they asked if I needed a new lock and said no and I explained the situation again. I could hear them physically hang up the phone without saying anything.

I called back to see why he hung up on me, he asked what I needed so I explained it to him again and he responded, do you need a new lock? I explained my situation for a fourth time to no response so I asked is this something you can do? He said no and hung up.

It sounds like they are a call center and are just trying to get easy jobs to pawn off to someone local.

I made an appointment and went. He programmed a key fob for me, cut a key, and told me I didn’t need to buy new key fobs. All I had to do was replace the rubber pieces. He was not very expensive, very professional, and great to work with.

Very prompt return call! Very pleasant employee who was very helpful.
