I made an appointment and went. He programmed a key fob for me, cut a key, and told me I didn’t need to buy new key fobs. All I had to do was replace the rubber pieces. He was not very expensive, very professional, and great to work with.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise. After calling several locksmiths, within a100 miles, I’m so glad I found ED THE LOCKSMITH.

I needed a whole new fob, and key cut. My other fob was destroyed, Ed is able to program and cut keys on the spot. And found out, a key I need for a Chrysler crossfire, Ed can make one. Many other locksmiths, haven’t even heard of this car

They told me they could perform the service. I waited 4 hours and called the technician back to see if they could give me a timeframe of when they could be here but I got no answer. Waited another hour and called a second time but no answer. I ended up calling the main line and they told me they would have the technician give me a call back. The technician never called me back. Finally, 8.5 hours after the initial call to set up the service, I received a call from the main line saying the technician was on their way. By that time, I moved on and scheduled service with another company. Took off a whole day of work to resolve this problem for there to be little communication from this company on when they could come out. Began to think they ghosted me. Communication is keyyyyy.
