Guy on the phone was not patient at all. Luckily I didn’t need him and saved money. Just remember sir, you need US to make money. We can always find someone better and more respectful. So I would appreciate if you stopped acting all high and mighty when you or anyone’s company for that matter could cease to exist if people decided not to use you. It’s cold and after midnight. Just pumped gas then got back in and car wouldn’t start. I called roadside assistance and they sent a very nice young man. I was surprised to see a pop a lock vehicle. But he was very fast and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Really helpful, I came in asking questions about my key fob blade breaking and they not only informed me on the correct process. But how to save some money as well on programing it yourself. Very helpful staff and impressed with the quality of service!

You have to wait like 4 days to mail the key. Who buys a key they don’t need for several days? You generally make keys because you need them.

I received my key in the mail within the time frame promised at the kiosk. And I really appreciate the idea of getting an extra key you may need without actually physically having the key, so long as it has been copied there before and the data is stored. That’s an awesome feature to offer. 😊

Working the machine to get the keys was fine and I even got a free extra key. That was wonderful but the key itself I’m struggling at the door to lock and unlock the keys are sticky. Don’t work that great.

Called in for a service to unlock car. Got quoted $170. Agent was rude and hanged up on me on me when told wanted to see other options. Got serviced by Jimmy Garage and go my car unlocked for $55.

Purchased 4 keys from Menards and none of them worked. Purchased replacements from Lowe’s and they worked fine. So I wasted $25.11 with your machine at Menards
