I have two Yale locks on my recently purchased home and wanted to get a couple of spare keys for each lock. I tried to get duplicates made at a couple of stores near where I live but they didn’t have the right blanks. I noticed one of my original keys were stamped “Bill’s” so I googled it and found Bill’s Locksmith. Turns out Bills Locksmith is a near my son’s house which is a couple of hours from where I live. I called them up and they said they could most likely make duplicates. I went in and told the lady working there I wanted two duplicates for each key. She gave them to a tech and he quickly provided me with my two original keys and what I thought were two duplicates for each of the originals. I purchased the keys and went home. Upon arriving home I tried the keys and found they had given me four duplicates of one key and none for the other. I called Bill’s the next Monday and told them what happened and they said bring them in next time I am in town and they will make it right. About 3-4 weeks later my wife was visiting the area and took the keys in to get the duplicates for the other key. She explained the situation and showed him the two original keys and that the four duplicates were for one lock and none for the other. The tech said that was about a month ago and without a receipt there was nothing he could do. The duplicate keys were all stamped with “Bill’s” so obvious they came from there. My wife paid to have him make the two duplicates for the key they had messed up on originally.

BEWARE – Make sure to closely double check duplicate keys that get made at Bill’s.

I didn’t give a one star because the duplicate keys they made all worked in the one lock. The keys were not expensive so not out a lot of money. Bill’s had an opportunity to remedy a situation that never should have happened had the tech done the job right the first time. Shame on me for not sending the receipt with my wife and not having them write a note when I called in, but I trusted they would make it right. Shame on Bill’s for providing such poor customer service over a low cost item that obviously came from their shop….remember the key’s have “Bill’s” stamped on them.

I contacted Zip Locksmith Company for smart lock installation. The technician explained how to use the system and completed the setup perfectly. Installation was clean and professional. Everything works flawlessly. Very satisfied.

This is a scam service I called him for a quote and gave them my address on my phone number for a quote to have my car unlocked. They had three different technicians call me back on my phone number and I said I do not want the service and I called the company back because they kept harassing me for quotes and all I did was ask for how much it’s going to cost I did not say I want service and I called them up twice and they said that there’s a cancellation fee and I did not agree to anything and they keep harassing me so do not contact people. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Made an extra key yesterday
was easy, fast, under 10 minutes long & Inexpensive

if you want a design/color change on your key it will get mailed to you for free

if you just make a regular plain key it took less than 10 minutes and cost under $10 too 😀

it is a machine at Safeway, that was convenient for my errands.

I truly liked the convenience of the kiosk and the price was ok. The two special colored keys worked great but the bronze basic key failed to open the deadbolt. It opens the normal handle lock. The other two keys are great on both.

I reached out to 5 different locksmiths in the Bellevue surrounding area before booking Co Locksmith. Not only was Chen the MOST affordable out of all 5, he was the most straightforward and transparent with pricing and so easy to book. Instead of giving me a huge range of what the quote would be and overcomplicating the quote with jargon I didn’t understand (like the other companies), Chen was the only one who simply just asked for photos of the locks that needed rekeying and gave me a straight answer.

Chen is the person you’re speaking to on the phone when you book. He is also the one who shows up to do the work. He even brought his assistant helper (his sweet little son!) which really made me happy to feel like I was supporting a small family business. Chen took around 25 minutes to install a new keypad lock, and rekey 3 other locks of my new home. He was efficient, skilled and everything went smoothly.

Forever will recommend Co Locksmith to my friends and family and will only use him for all our family’s future lock service needs. 😊

Brilliant company and service!
I’ve used them twice (for different reasons) and each time they’ve been wonderful. The issues were fixed quickly, and I always received super fast responses. Charlie is an expert in his field. Honest, reliable, and with very reasonable prices. I’ve used emergency call-out services before that overcharged and didn’t solve the problem, but East Kent is the go-to company. Jashom was the guy I talked to on the phone when my car key battery died. His professionalism and mannerism where above excellent. Even though I got my car key batteries from someone at the gas station, Jashom was understanding and polite. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Jashom was also able to be flexible on the price and I called back and apologized but he was very peaceful and understanding. Excellent communication from this man.
