Fantastic work. We lost our only key to our one vehicle, completely. GM wanted a fortune and would need us to tow the vehicle there. Ben’s Lock & Key did their work at our home for a fraction of the price. Brand new key and programmed to our vehicle. The technician, Tengiz, was very nice and professional and worked very quickly and ensured multiple times that our new key works properly. I highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars. I needed a new key made for my older Honda CR-V after losing mine, and I’m really glad I came here. I had my spare key with me and wanted to replace my lost key with one that has buttons. Before coming in, I called around to multiple locksmiths to compare prices and get a better understanding of what I needed.

I didn’t speak to Dominic on the phone, but he helped me in person today and was great to work with. He explained everything clearly, made the process easy, and even gave me $10 off for leaving an honest review. The price was fair, the service was quick, and the key works perfectly. They even gave me a spare key, that works just the doors included in the price.

I had read some scary reviews about people getting keys that didn’t start their cars and locksmiths refusing to fix it, so I was nervous — but this place earned my trust. They also offer a guarantee, which helped me feel more confident.

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! Yeshai was a great technician and took the time to explain everything and waited patiently while we tested the new lock and our doorbell combo. Highly recommend!

The owner was incredibly rude. We parked in their parking lot, was going to grab coffee right next door, and then come back to the shop to look into getting copies made/replaced. As soon as we got out, the owner came out and yelled at my husband and I and told us we needed to “move it” before we could even respond or say a word and that we were actually going to visit his business. If he had actually let us speak, (and not yell at us), he would’ve known that. We decided to just tell him to have a good day and left. We’re definitely taking our business elsewhere today, and for the future, and anyone we meet who’s seeking these services, we’re definitely not recommending this place. For someone that immediately comes out and yells at us in the parking lot, this is not a good way to market your business or your business practices.

They came out quickly. Did the job quickly. Pricing was very affordable, especially since I was not the closest person they’ve probably ever helped out. I was all the way up in Brighton. But they were there in about 35 minutes even in the snow. Got me back in my car. Cut my spare key to match the key that was locked in the car. Super friendly. I’d use them again.
