They are the best here. I was quoted a price of $175 plus tax and tip for new moped keys with another company near Nashville, and Johnson’s gave me a new set of 2 keys for $45. They even agreed to meet with me multiple different times since my schedule was changing today, outside of their normal business hours to get it done! A real breath of fresh air

Miguel is awesome! I highly recommend this business for your key needs. We had several issues and Miguel took our calls , no hesitation, even on a Sunday. We had more questions — he went out of his way to come look at some things for us, he went above and beyond. 10/10.

Great customer service. Anthony knew his job and was impressively educational. What a great experience. Very responsive when I needed to setup the appointment, and when I needed to confirm it a few days later. When I showed up at my new house to have him change the locks, he was there 5 minutes early, ready to go. Mike knew what to do, was very efficient, and answered all my questions. I had a bunch of locks changed, and a bunch of extra keys made. He tested every key, in every lock, to make sure they all worked. He came highly recommended from my agent, and now I’ll be highly recommending him to anyone who asks.

Mike was a professional and courteous technician who got me back into my home in a very timely manner! Definitely would recommend this company. I had used this company before to have an additional vehicle key made….. never had a problem with it while I owned the vehicle before eventually trading it to another.

Jimmy was pleasant, and arrived early. The problem and What we do NOT like about the company is that they charged $395 for “ labor and travel fee”
Without telling us before hand when they were asked about pricing. They said they serviced Dennark SC but said NOTHING About charging from the time they leave home to the time they get back and adding extra time.
It was a 30 minute drive and he was there less than an hour. We asked for all pricing and he NEVER said anything about a standard travel fee of $125 that starts when he leaves until he gets home. What a rip off. This feels deceptive, dishonest , and like this company was taking advantage of the customer. You should tell customers if you charge fees ESPECIALLY BEFORE YOU COME if you say it’s an area you service so they have all the information. We got 4 locks changed and paid $395 JUST FOR LABOR and he was there less than 45 minutes. So we paid $500 total to have 4 locks changed for labor and travel when it’s not that far. We would not recommend or use them again based on this. He did complete the tasks we asked but you can’t help but have a bad feeling.

Had a neighbor whose key fob got locked inside his running truck. Called their emergency # and Sam was there in 25 minutes and able to unlock the door. He was quick, polite and professional. I’d definitely contact them again.

James at Tri-Cities Lock and Safe was AMAZING! We had him go to a house that we were selling to change out the lock. When he got there the door had been completely damaged along with the frame so there was no way to change the lock. James offered to go and get the materials to install a padlock on the door for us. Will definitely use them for all future needs.
