The worst customer service – I’d give 0 stars if I could. When I dropped the locks off to be re-keyed, they made me feel as though I was an inconvenience to them and continued to huff and puff through our encounter. I should have taken my things and left at that point. However, I did not and when I returned to pick up the keys, the woman at the front desk barely spoke to me and then proceeded to toss my items on the counter. After reading other reviews, it seems as though this seems to be a common problem for this business and I should have assessed prior to giving them my money.

Fantastic choice of locksmith. They sent a professional to fix a lock for a client of mine within the hour …. No questions asked and didn’t even bring up invoicing until the next day. 10/10 service … they made getting the job done a priority, trusting that I would handle the bill later (which I of course did). I was aware of the rates but they weren’t sweating it. Very nice guys. Very knowledgeable.

I had three copies of our house key created at the local Menards store. It was easy and convenient using the machine. I went straight home and only two of the keys work. Paying $7.50 for a key that doesn’t work is bad. It’ll cost me almost that much in gas to have it fixed.
