This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! $328 to unlock a residential door ($199 to unlock / $129 for fuel/service fee – tech on site in 10 mins. the only thing appreciated but not necessary). All KeyMe phone numbers are SHADY, reverting back to the same technician who was on site. Contacted another local locksmith for perspective who quoted $90 for the same call. When I challenged the price the tech was willing to except a cash offer of $200. When asked to speak with a manager, again I’m doing this over the phone as I wasn’t there to take control and having to work through my 18 year old daughter, the tech contacted someone and began speaking in an Arabic language and was of no help, not even willing to explain the details of the charges. The receipt isn’t even right as they are using a modified receipt from a locksmith in Muskegon. When asked for proof of ID the tech didn’t have any. Thankfully my daughter took a picture of him and his vehicle with license plate #. I was also told that a state police investigation is also underway. I will be filing a police report to Ottawa County as well as locking my credit card and disputing all charges. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Please tell me I did not pay $15.86 for three keys to a padlock. I got three keys, one of those three was supposed to be free. I thought the bill was going to be like 6:00 or $7. The text message I got said $15.86. that isn’t my receipt for invoices it? I hope I didn’t pay that for two keys. That’s three times what it normally costs from a kiosk.

Everything went well except I took an offer for an additional key at a lower price and instead of adding it to the current bill, it created a 2nd charge which flagged my credit card. All the keys worked perfectly!

Really easy to do, just be sure to follow the dirction on holding your key in place until the computer tells you to let out go out it will fail the process and it will continue to do so, until you hold it in place and tells you to release your key that your want copies for. I did what I’m telling you not to do, so you don’t laugh at yourself for not following the simple instruction.. lol
All 3 keys worked great. I even bought different designed keys. Simple and really easy

If I could give you a lower rating I would, but I guess I can’t have everything. Just like I couldn’t have my keys I guess! All I needed was a key for my 2005 Scion tC cut, and all I got was a whole lot of nothing. Waited for 15 minutes for someone to show up, then the excuses began. First it was that their key manual showed that they only cut Scion keys for 2006 to 2013 (my car is a ’05, same exact key as a ’06), then it was our machine will not accept your blank because its not OUR blank. Seriously, if you need car keys made, go anywhere else but here.
