I had a great experience working with Dave from A1 Locksmith. He was able to come out quickly and help us gain access to a vehicle, and he took the time to diagnose what was actually going on. It turned out the issue was not related to the key at all. The car simply needed to be jump started, and the lock mechanism itself had malfunctioned, which explained why the mechanical key was not working.

I am especially grateful that Dave made it a priority to stop out early in the morning to help get my daughter back on the road. He was thoughtful, professional, and calm throughout the entire situation. His knowledge and honesty saved us from what would have been a very costly tow to the dealership.
