This company is amazing from start to finish! From the moment I called, the customer service was outstanding. The woman on the phone was kind, patient, and really helped calm me down. She reassured me that they could take care of everything and gave me a clear and fair quote upfront.

KeyMe Locksmiths is a great kiosk machine that can copy any key. It’s very good if you need keys for multiple people. Located at the exit door of WinCo Foods.

Highly recommended. I called with a lost key situation knowing getting my classic car rekeyed would be in the hundreds as another locksmith had warned me and he couldn’t do it. A Better Deal as very patient and very cost concerned for me and it only took him a few minutes to solve the problem and hand me new keys for a few bucks.

It’s a scam. You have to fill out a form online after they send you a link via text that requires your credit card information in order to see fees and additional information. The screen will not let you proceed until you do. It states it won’t charge your card until your order is complete but they will charge $75 to your card immediately during this process. Once you know this has happened you will try and call their phone number and be placed on hold well over 15 minutes just to be told that you only had 15 minutes to cancel the order. Therefore, only a partial refund can be issued. They get to keep $40 dollars without having to do anything for it. It’s a perfect scheme. I have emailed everyone connected to this company and to no avail they get to keep my $40. When i told them I would leave a bad review they said that was fine and didn’t care. Sad that companies can get away with things like this but I hope I can keep this from happening to someone else.
